The amazon 3g Kindle is without question the worlds most popular electronic reading device and the current, latest model is known as the 3g or 3rd generation. There was talk of a fourth generation model coming out soon, but those rumours have been squashed now as Amazon announced that they are bringing out their Kindle tablet which is called: the Kindle Fire.
We have carried out a comprehensive full Kindle Fire tablet review now that we’ve finally managed to get our hands on one. Currently it is only available in the United States but will be released over here on the other side of the Atlantic in late 2012. Amazon have also release a less expensive smaller, lighter version of the 3g Kindle simply called: The All New Kindle. However, this model is Wi-fi only and doesn’t have a keyboard so it seems that what you actually save in cost, size and weight you pay for in functionality!

Our advice is to get a 3g version as they still simply awesome and the best book reader on the market. Plus there are plenty of resourses out there to help you get aquainted with the Kindle. It is simply a book readers dream. You can store the equivalent to a whole library on it and the whole device is lighter and a great deal slimmer than an average paperback novel. This revolutionary device will do to books what email has done to the postal service! Paper reading is sure to be a thing of the past.
